Intake Form & Food Journal
Prior to the appointment/consult, an intake form will be emailed to you, along with a 7-day food journal for you to document daily meals, hydration, mood and bowel movement activity. Once all paperwork is received, an appointment is scheduled.
During the initial one-on-one Zoom consult, we will have a thorough discussion about main health concerns, challenges and goals, and I will provide a personalized, in-depth solution which includes dietary, supplement and lifestyle recommendations to suit your specific needs. I also include resources that compliment your nutritional plan, including grocery lists, diagrams, a meal plan and recipes. Post-appointment, you will receive a summary of consult notes and have email access for additional questions/concerns during the 2-4 week nutritional plan timespan (individual).
A 45 min one-on-one call will be conducted where we discuss progress in full detail and any adjustments to dietary, supplement and lifestyle recommendations.

As a registered nutrition professional, I take both a holistic and evidence-based approach to health and wellness. A holistic approach includes using whole, natural, good quality foods as tools for addressing and reversing disease, as well as therapeutic techniques to improve lifestyle that may be a contributing factor in failing to meet wellness goals. An evidence-based approach is using food,, supplement and lifestyle approaches that have been scientifically proven and backed by credible sources.
I’ve worked with individuals experiencing previously diagnosed illnesses as well as issues with digestion, hormonal imbalance, chronic fatigue, weight management, stress and mood disorders. My main passion lies in working with patients with chronic IBS and SIBO.
