I am so proud to reveal a passion project I have been working on for a few months. When a friend reached out to me about a possible cook book collaboration, I jumped at the chance. Delicious and nourishing meals without cooking is the promise of this book. This no-cook cookbook has about 50 recipes that are easy, convenient, healthy, and fulfilling.
Each recipe comes with a note from a registered nutritionist so you can understand the “why” of using specific ingredients.
Accessible and richly illustrated with original pictures and drawings, the book explores the wonders of cooking with only a knife and a plate.
